The first person a patient meets. Registration, insurance verification and scheduling across our two largest outpatient clinics.
Responsibilities
Register patients and verify insurance eligibility at point of service Schedule follow-up appointments across specialties Resolve billing questions before they reach the patient
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent One year in a medical office or customer-facing role Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
