Night-shift RNs on our medical-surgical floors, caring for a 6:1 patient ratio with a dedicated charge nurse and float support on every shift.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan and deliver patient care across a 24-bed unit Coordinate with attending physicians on changes in patient status Mentor newly-licensed nurses through their first ninety days
Requirements
Active California RN licence BLS and ACLS certification Two years acute-care experience preferred, new graduates considered
